Why and when to use it
Ideal for the moments that upset a horse’s stomach: shipping, showing, and other stressful situations, or when a horse shows signs of gastric discomfort. Stress and travel can disrupt gut flora and leave a horse tense and less willing to work; GastroPrep helps relieve that pre-event gastric tension quickly. It works well alongside UlcerGard® or GastroGard® if your veterinarian recommends them, and for everyday digestive support, pair it with GastroEase EQ™ Advanced Pellets.
How to use: Give 30–60cc one hour before an event or transport. For horses in distress give 60cc and repeat in 90 minutes if needed. Flows best at room temperature. Always contact your veterinarian if your horse shows signs of gastric distress.
