Shipping policy

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping rates from USPS, UPS plus DHL for international shipping. These rates, along with estimated delivery times, will be available based on the availability to your shipping address and are calculated from our carrier partners based on the size and weight of your item(s).  

Processing Times: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday after 12pm, Saturday or Sunday are typically processed and shipped on Tuesday.  Processing time is included with your delivery time estimate at checkout.

Please Note:  For out-of-stock items available for Pre-Order and/or Special Orders, please refer to the Order Information tab on the product page for expected delivery time range.

Tracking: Customers receive a notice that includes a tracking number from the carrier when the order is shipped. Tracking information can also be found on your account page.

Missing or Damaged Package: If your package is missing or damaged please notify the carrier and contact us at info@malvernsaddlery.com or 610-695-9980.
