Orders & Returns:

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

We are currently in the process of updating our site, some Pre Order & Special Order products may still show the Add to Cart button. Please refer to Product description & Order Information.

Pre-Orders:  The “Pre Order” button may appear in the place of the “Add to Cart” button when selected product & options:

  • is out of stock & is available for Pre Order
  • or when a product or specific options are available only by Special Order as indicated in the description.

Special Orders:  The Pre Order button will appear for product variants that are available only by Special Order.  Special Order details will be indicated in the product description or order information.

  • Please note that Special Orders are NOT eligible for return.

Payment in full for Pre Orders & Special Orders will be collected at check out.

Shipping Times for Pre Orders & Special Orders will vary by product.  Please refer to the description details for an estimated delivery time frame.

Discount Exclusions

Discount codes & other offers are not valid on the following products and brands unless specified:

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so that we can help find the best solution for you at 610.695.9980 or info@malvernsaddlery.com

Unused items* in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of the original invoice (*see below for exclusions). We are happy to extend a Refund, less any shipping fees for the item(s) to your original method of payment.

Should you opt to receive your return as a store credit, we will include any shipping charges you paid in your credit. 

  • We do not accept returns after 30 days for any reason.

To submit return request online: Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the item to be returned.
  4. Select a return reason & add a note.
  5. Click Request Return.

 If your return request is approved and requires shipping, we will contact you via email and/or phone to confirm your request or to provide other assistance and options. After the product is
returned, you receive your refund calculated as noted above.

Please return the item by any method most cost-effective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75.  Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving returned merchandise.

The following products are NOT eligible for returns:

  • Horse Bits
  • Leather items that have been cleaned, conditioned or oiled
  • Sale Items
  • Custom Orders & Special Orders

Because of the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns of any horse bit, or any leather item that has been cleaned, conditioned, or oiled. Additionally, all sale and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Please Note: Due to the July 4th holiday, online orders placed after 12:00pm on July 3rd thru July 8th will be processed beginning Tues July 9th. (shipping estimates may not reflect this accurately).

General Information

Orders are generally shipped by UPS, USPS, or Federal Express and depending on your location arrive in 1-10 business days.

We cannot ship to a PO Box

In-stock orders will generally ship from our store within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, if an item is not in stock:

  • Pre-Order button may appear for select products; please note estimated delivery time in product information.
  • OR you will be notified of the delivery time by e-mail.
  • Malvern Saddlery is closed on Mondays therefore any Saturday or Sunday orders will ship on the following Tuesday.
  • Estimated shipping times for Pre-Order/Special Order items can be found in the item description or the order information tab on product page, please call with any questions.

Shipping Options with costs are calculated at check out.

Additional Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping rates from USPS and UPS. These rates are calculated from our carrier partners and reflect the true costs of shipping. 

Saddle Shipping:   Flat fee of $49.95 will apply to all Saddle orders.
