The LeMieux Women's Brooke 3-in-1 Waterproof Hybrid Jacket gives you three jackets in one. Wear the zip-out padded gilet on its own, the outer shell as a light waterproof, or zip them together for a warm winter coat. The hood detaches, so you can add it when it rains and take it off when it doesn't.

It is waterproof to 5000mm, with fully taped seams and waterproof zips on the front and pockets, and breathable to 3000mvp so you stay comfortable while you work. The zip-out gilet is filled with recycled insulation.
