5/A Baker® Medium Weight 200 Gram Turnout Neck Cover is both waterproof and breathable. It is designed to coordinate with & attach to the Baker Turnout Blankets.
Ensuring a secure fit is key to keeping a neck cover in place, no matter how active your horse is during turnout. The 5/A Baker® Neck Cover 200 Gram is designed with three navy velcro straps at the front, which allow you to quickly and easily adjust the fit around your horse’s neck. These velcro straps provide a snug, comfortable closure that prevents the neck cover from shifting, slipping, or becoming loose during turnout.
In addition to the front straps, the neck cover features a 1” black and navy nylon halter holder strap. This elastic strap attaches to the halter, providing additional security and ensuring that the neck cover stays in place, even if your horse is playing, running, or rolling in the field.
To integrate the neck cover with your 5/A Baker® Turnout Blanket, the cover also includes four black nylon and velcro straps. These straps are designed to attach securely to the blanket’s rectangular loops, creating a seamless connection between the neck cover and the blanket. This full attachment system ensures that both the blanket and the neck cover move together, offering full protection without gaps or slipping.
