Safety first!  KEP helmets are designed to fit for both the size & shape of the riders head.  Proper fit is essential for the helmet function properly in the event of a fall.  We highly recommend visiting our store for an expert fitting.

  1. Design your personalized helmet by selecting all of your customizations in the configurator linked below.

      • Choose – materials & colors for every aspect:   Shell, Front piece, Rear piece, Visor, Frame / Grid / Sub Grid, Strap, KEP Logo

  2. Look for & select the DOWNLOAD ICON  to the right of the Buy button.
    • "SHARE" pop up will appear:
      • Enter YOUR email to send a copy to yourself.
  3. Forward the email quote that you receive to us at info@malvernsaddlery.com.  Please include "KEP Helmet Quote" in the subject line & include your phone number, so that we may contact you directly to confirm the details prior to placing your order.
